Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 lb diced turkey slices
- 1/4 lb diced turkey pepperoni
- 1/4 cup diced provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2/3 cup diced grape tomatoes
- 1/3 cup mild banana peppers
- 1/2 thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons apple vinegar
- 1–2 tablespoons banana pepper juice (to taste)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Freshly cracked pepper to taste
- Salt to taste (about 1/4 tsp)
Instructions
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and adjust seasoning to taste.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, turkey slices, turkey pepperoni, red onion, grape tomatoes, banana peppers, and cheeses.
