  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 14-ounce jar of drained pimentos
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 pound sliced turkey
  • 12 Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 thin slices of tomato

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, celery seeds, salt, and pepper until blended.
  3. Slice Sweet Hawaiian Rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread a tablespoon of the cheese mixture on each bottom half and layer with turkey and tomato slices.
  5. Top with the other roll halves spread with cheese mixture.
  6. Mix melted butter with dijon mustard and brush over the top; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
