  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp orange zest (for glaze)

Instructions

  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, and salt in a separate bowl; set aside.
  3. Add eggs to the yeast mixture; whisk well.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture while mixing until dough forms; then add softened butter and orange zest.
  5. Knead dough until smooth, about 10 minutes; let rise until doubled in size.
  6. Prepare cranberry filling by simmering cranberries with sugar and orange juice until thickened; cool.
