  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 4 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped spinach, broccoli florets, or sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté cauliflower rice in olive oil for 5-7 minutes. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
