  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup yellow onion (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons frozen butter (shredded)
  • 2 yellow onions (sliced for gravy)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
