  • 2 packets taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 can black olives (2.25 oz)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until cooked through; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in one packet of taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water; simmer until most water evaporates.
  3. In a bowl, mix sour cream, softened cream cheese, and the second seasoning packet until smooth.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture in an 8×8 baking dish as the first layer.
  5. Add the seasoned ground beef on top of the creamy base.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer.
