  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Form into 12 small patties.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic; set aside.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into circles; place a beef patty in the center and top with Parmesan and cheddar cheese.
  5. Wrap the dough around the patty, sealing edges tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
