Instructions

Activate the yeast by mixing warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.

Combine yeast mixture with flour, salt, and butter. Knead until smooth, about 8-10 minutes.

Let the dough rise for 1-2 hours, until doubled in size.

Divide dough into 12 portions, rolling each into a ball and placing them on a baking sheet.

Prepare garlic butter by mixing melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
