Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

  • Activate the yeast by mixing warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.

  • Combine yeast mixture with flour, salt, and butter. Knead until smooth, about 8-10 minutes.

  • Let the dough rise for 1-2 hours, until doubled in size.

  • Divide dough into 12 portions, rolling each into a ball and placing them on a baking sheet.

  • Prepare garlic butter by mixing melted butter, garlic, and parsley.

  • Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes, then brush with garlic butter.

  • Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
