- 2–3 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Optional: 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.
- Mash bananas and mix with peanut butter, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
- Stir in baking soda and optional add-ins.
- Pour batter into muffin cups and bake for 16-18 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
