  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  2. Add bread flour and salt; mix until a thick dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Shape into a ball, place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for 60-90 minutes until doubled.
  4. Preheat oven to 425ºF; line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Cut dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel.
  6. Boil water with baking soda and honey; boil each bagel for one minute per side.
