  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cold butter, cubed
  • 1 green apple, chopped into cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg, apple juice, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the wet mixture until combined.
  4. For the cream cheese filling, blend cream cheese and butter until smooth; mix in caramel sauce and powdered sugar.
