Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced or mashed

  • 4 large tortillas

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

  • 4 tbsp ranch, chipotle mayo, or dressing of choice

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Warm tortillas in a skillet for 30 seconds per side.

  2. Spread avocado over each tortilla.

  3. Layer with chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, and cheese.

  4. Drizzle with dressing and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly into wraps.
