Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced ginger and garlic; sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in vegetable broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and optional chili garlic sauce. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Add sliced mushrooms and simmer for 3–4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in chopped bok choy or spinach; simmer for another 2–3 minutes until wilted.
- Gently add frozen dumplings and cook for 5–7 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot with green onions, toasted sesame seeds, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
