  • 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Powdered sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Room temperature butter
  • 34 Tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 2 Ounces Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 4 Tablespoons Salted butter (Room temp)
  • 2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Cups Powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Salted butter (Room Temp)
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 24 Tablespoons Milk or Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar; let it proof for 5 minutes.
  2. Add salt and flour; mix until smooth and elastic. Allow to rise covered for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Roll lengthwise, slice down the center, twist sections together, and let rise for another 20 minutes.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 23-25 minutes until golden brown and cool slightly before glazing.
