  • 1 bunch Green Onion (green part only)
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables: Slice the onion, carrots, cabbage, garlic, and green onion.
  2. Make the sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine dark soy sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, corn starch, water, sesame oil, and white pepper; mix well.
  3. Cook the noodles: Boil water in a pot and cook dry egg noodles for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  4. Stir-fry vegetables: Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, carrots, and onion; cook for 2 minutes. Then add cabbage and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
  5. Combine: Add cooked noodles to the pan along with the sauce and green onions; stir for about one minute until well coated.
