- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: Slice the onion, carrots, cabbage, garlic, and green onion.
- Make the sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine dark soy sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, corn starch, water, sesame oil, and white pepper; mix well.
- Cook the noodles: Boil water in a pot and cook dry egg noodles for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
