  • 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (diced)
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons white onion (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained pasta with half of the dill pickle juice and let it sit for five minutes before draining again.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the remaining pickle juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, Sriracha, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a serving bowl, combine the seasoned pasta with diced cheddar cheese, sliced pickles, chopped dill, and finely chopped onion. Toss everything together with the dressing until well mixed.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours for optimal flavor before serving.
