  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (semi crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth. Add brown sugar, flour, and salt; mix until crumbly.
  3. Press 1 3/4 cups of the crumb mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk with dark chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the baked crust, sprinkle remaining crumbs on top, add semi-crushed raspberries and mini chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes; let cool before cutting into bars.
