Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, oil, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add flour, salt, and baking powder to the wet ingredients until combined.
