- 4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or Italian-style)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2–3 tablespoons olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Pat pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Dredge in flour, then dip in eggs, then coat in breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook chops 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked to 145°F.
- Rest 3 minutes. Serve hot.
