  • 4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or Italian-style)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Pat pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge in flour, then dip in eggs, then coat in breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook chops 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked to 145°F.
  4. Rest 3 minutes. Serve hot.
