Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken tenderloins
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion (diced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add diced onion to the skillet and sauté for about 3 minutes until softened; then add minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
