- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1.5 cups whipped cottage cheese
- 1 can green chiles
- 8 flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, taco seasoning, and 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour and whisk for about 2 minutes.
