- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni, drain, and rinse with cold water.
- In a bowl, mix mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add veggies to dressing.
- Combine macaroni and dressing; chill for 1 hour.
