Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni, drain, and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add veggies to dressing.
  4. Combine macaroni and dressing; chill for 1 hour.
