Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix dry ingredients and set aside.

Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.

Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.

Spoon into muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes.

Roll warm muffins in cinnamon-sugar coating.
