  • 1 ½ cups light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 13×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and melted butter to make the swirl mixture.
  3. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar before adding eggs and vanilla.
