Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.

  3. In a second bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients — don’t overmix!

  5. Fold in chopped apples evenly.

  6. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.

  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
