1 ½ cups apples, peeled and chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.

In a second bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

Combine wet and dry ingredients — don’t overmix!

Fold in chopped apples evenly.

Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
