  • 1 large egg + 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Cut each puff pastry sheet into 4 rectangles.

  3. Place one piece of chocolate on one end and roll tightly.

  4. Place on the sheet, seam side down.
