1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)

1 cup elbow macaroni

2 cups beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
