  • 1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (12 count)
  • 18 slices thin deli chicken
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tbsp dried minced onion
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 baking pan by covering it with foil and spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise.
  4. Layer the bottom half of the rolls with half of the chicken and half of the Swiss cheese; repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls on top to create a sandwich.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and whisk in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt, and pepper until combined.
  7. Pour the butter mixture over the top layer of rolls.
  8. Cover with foil and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Bake covered for about 20 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
