- 3–4 tablespoons oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Water, as directed on taco seasoning packet
- 8 ounces Mexican shredded cheese
- Optional toppings: pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, toss diced potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until coated.
- Air fry the seasoned potatoes for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions; simmer until thickened.
- On a serving plate, layer the cooked potatoes with seasoned beef and sprinkle with cheese. Finish with desired toppings.
