  • Water, as directed on taco seasoning packet
  • 8 ounces Mexican shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss diced potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until coated.
  3. Air fry the seasoned potatoes for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions; simmer until thickened.
