- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for an additional 2 minutes until bright green.
- Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and orzo; toast for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
- Cook uncovered for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until orzo is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
- Incorporate cooked shredded chicken, stirring until heated through.
- Remove from heat and fold in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; let sit for a few minutes before serving.
