- 3–4 Tbsp heavy cream or milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, cream softened butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add egg, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until combined. Gradually incorporate flour.
- Divide dough, pressing half into the pan bottom. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour for filling; blend in melted butter.
