  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces brie (rind removed + cubed)
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups whole raw pecans
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine oats, pecans, flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Melt butter and mix into dry ingredients. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  2. In a heavy-bottomed pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until translucent, then season with salt and pepper.
