- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg

- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; add to the wet mix.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet; chill 15 minutes.
- Bake 12-14 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
