  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce; set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Season turkey with soy sauce, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  5. Add red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli, cooking for another 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in half of the bang bang sauce.
  7. Serve by placing cooked rice in bowls topped with the turkey mixture and drizzling remaining sauce on top.
