- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced apples (peeled)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1–2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet.
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
- Whisk egg, sugar, milk, and vanilla in another.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in apples.
- Scoop onto tray, bake 22–25 min.
- Drizzle glaze over warm fritters.
