Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or use silicone liners.

In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Stir in bacon, cheese, and seasonings.

Pour mixture evenly into muffin cups (fill 3/4 full).

Bake for 18–20 minutes until set and golden.
