Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt. Add pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until blended. Pour into the prepared cake pan.
  3. In another bowl, mix brown sugar with additional flour; cut in cubed butter to create a crumbly topping. Sprinkle over the cake batter.
  4. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before removing from the pan.
  5. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with milk until smooth and drizzle over the warm cake.
